What data do we store?

You enter your personal data voluntarily in various forms on our website: registration forms, order forms, polls, comments. We most often store the following personal data: name, address, e-mail.

We take reasonable steps to retain information about you only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained or as required by contract or applicable law.

If you want to know which specific data we store about you, we will gladly provide it to you in writing upon request. If, despite our efforts to keep the data up-to-date, some records are incorrect, we will be happy to correct them.

What types of personal information do we process?

We process the following categories of personal data:

  • contact information such as name, address, email address, telephone number,
  • invoicing data, such as name, address, and in the case of a natural person – an entrepreneur, his business name, ID number, VAT number, and VAT number,
  • IP address,
  • payment information and payment history,
  • photos and videos from our events,
  • order information.

Your personal information that is provided to third parties is only used to provide you with the services mentioned above, to companies to verify your address, to distribution suppliers in connection with the delivery of your order. The video recording serves the participants of the online course for viewing, for sales and marketing purposes, and for all other purposes approved by our clients in the relevant GTC.
  • To increase website security – we use data about website users for the purpose of increasing the security of our websites and protecting the content placed on them, to ensure the auditability of records, and to achieve compliance with data protection requirements, including preventive measures.
  • For all other purposes required by SR legal regulations.

Legal basis for processing personal data

The operator for the purposes of processing personal data is the company Smart People, spol. s r.o., Za hradbami 2277/34, 902 01 Pezinok, Slovak Republic, ID: 44 869 649, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III., section Sro, insert number 59502/B. The collection of personal data occurs or may occur on all websites of the operator.

The processing of your personal data in the case of online orders is necessary for the company to perform order management and delivery services for you. The legal basis is the fulfillment of the contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations arising from legal regulations.

The processing of your personal data in the case of direct marketing is based on your consent when you consent to direct marketing.

On the basis of legitimate interest, we assume that you are interested in our news for a period of 2 years from the last order, communication with our company or addition to the mailing list.

Right of access
You can request information about how we process your personal data, including information about:

• How long do we keep your personal data or what are the criteria for determining this period,

• Where we obtain your personal data from (if we did not obtain it from you),

Right to rectification
It is important that we have correct information about you and we ask that you notify us if any of your personal information is incorrect, e.g. if you have changed your name or if you have moved.

If we process your personal data in an unlawful manner, for example if we process your personal data for longer than necessary or without reason, you can ask us to delete this data.

From the moment you have requested the correction of your personal data or if you have objected to the processing and until we are able to investigate the problem or confirm the accuracy of your personal data (or change it according to your instructions), you are entitled to limited processing. Social networks

Our services use social network plugins (“plugins”). If you use a service that contains plugins, information may be transferred directly from your device to the social network operator. We have no influence on the data collected by Plugins. If you are logged in to a social network, the use of our service may be linked to your social network account. If you interact with the modules, for example by clicking the “Like”, “Follow” or “Share” button or enter a comment, this information may automatically appear in your social network profile.
