These terms and conditions define and specify the seller’s rights and obligations on the PowerQuery.sk website.
The seller is Smart People, spol. with r. o., with registered office at Za hradbami 2277/34, 902 01 Pezinok, Slovak Republic, EU, ID number: 44 869 649, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Bratislava III Municipal Court. Relations between the seller and the buyer-consumer not regulated by the terms and conditions are governed by the Civil Code (No. 40/1964 Coll.) and the Consumer Protection Act (No. 250/2007 Coll.) of Slovak Republic in their current versions. Relations between the seller and the buyer – an entrepreneur not regulated by business terms and conditions are governed by the Commercial Code.
